Big Bear Cafe: New Homemade Soups

My name is Jana Haddad, from the Big Bear Cafe at 1st and R Streets, NW.  I`m writing to let people know about the great new soups we have on the menu.  

Genevieve Villamora, our resident menu-guru, has created two soups that she prepares regularly for us to serve.  The first, which Genevieve made up until last week, was a really delicious Carrot-Ginger Soup (http://ecbiz76.inmotionhosting.com/~davdes5/bigbearcafe-dc.com/blog/?p=332 ), which we served with honey-roasted pumpkin seeds (which I think she also made).  The soup we`re serving right now is Yellow-Lentil, Shiitaki Mushroom, & Spinach (http://ecbiz76.inmotionhosting.com/~davdes5/bigbearcafe-dc.com/blog/?p=889), it`s amazing and really appropriate for the season.
