This blog needs someone to keep us apprised of real estate news just within the BACA area. This would be ideally someone who would write about new listings, open houses, zoning requests for properties that are being fixed up, updates on trends in our areas, how the area market is doing overall, maybe what laws mean and how it could affect the market, and any general information that affects the area we live in.
Do we have any realtors within BACA residential area that would like to promote their business by doing this? I would rather find someone in the neighborhood before looking outward.
