It was announced at Monday’s meeting that BACA intends to hold officer elections at its September 2010 meeting.
There is a nominating committee, which will soon be solidifying its schedule for accepting nominations and moving forward with the elections process.
Positions are:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Four (4) at-large representatives to serve on the executive committee.
Please be thinking about whether you would be interested in running, and please make sure you officially join BACA so that you can vote in September elections. In order to vote for officers, you must be a member and pay a nominal member fee (though in cases of need, this fee can be sliding/waved).
