Well we tried the new Thai place at R and New Jersey today and it was a big hit. Although they only have carry out service they will be getting seats for counter service later this week and table service in Sept or Oct. They didn’t have their credit card machine working yet but ask if you call in your order if you need cash or if they are taking cards yet.

We went last night and it was YUMMY. The number they have listed is wrong. It should be 205-377-5329, but that number is just temp. BTW – they are only taking cash at the moment.

We got takeout last night and it was fantastic. Most notably, things were very fresh and flavorful. From the lemongrass to the green onions, everything was very good.
The place was buzzing last night as well. The whole time we were there the restaurant never had fewer than 3 groups ordering or waiting. We walked in instead of calling ahead. For the quality of the food the wait time while they prepared the order was very reasonable at about 7-10 minutes.
This is so exciting!
I had the Massaman Curry last night and the Duck Rolls – YUM YUM YUM. Place is chic – i can’t wait for seating. It’s heaven!
