On Saturday, December 11, 2011 from 10:00am-12:30pm, Colour of Weather is returning to Community Academy Public Charter School (CAPCS) to present their second Saturday ScienceFest. Dr. Vernon Morris, Director of Colour of Weather in conjunction with Howard University NOAA Center of Atmospheric Sciences and Chemistry Department, NOBCChE, Ebenezer Baptist Church and the Youth Services Committee of BACA will be hosting another influential ScienceFest to facilitate the learning of our youth. This event is designed for children, grades 4-8 and will feature hands-on experiments and demonstrations that bring science to life. Children will have the opportunity to experience science in a fascinating and an imaginative environment. The 2010 Science Fest will be hosted at CAPCS on 1st and P Streets NW, Washington, DC 20001.
