The groundbreaking ceremony was in 2009 or 2010. When are they going to begin breaking the ground?
I walk by there everyday on my way to work, and small things are happening. According to the blog, “Clark has ordered the steel and is planning to start the facade support of the O Street Market building at the end of February.” Maybe the first step is to stabilize the existing structure???
