I am not sure if anyone else has noticed, but the bus stop at 3rd Street and Florida Ave NW is long gone. I think it has been gone for a few weeks now. I never saw any notices or warnings. I thought it was hard to get ride of a Metro bus stop, but perhaps not. Time to call Metro.

I’m pretty sure I remember seeing that stop still being advertised on the 90 fairly recently. Maybe someone just broke the sign?
They moved it to R & Florida, 1 block away.
There has always been a stop at both 3rd and R. Hadn’t noticed the bus wasn’t still stopping there- I walk by there usually at least once a day.
I was out last weekend, no more drunk than usual, and the bus driver cruised right past it. I just assumed that the stop had been removed, and that the drivers had been updated. It meens that we were not notified. However, I tried the Metro Ride Guide this week (sober). That Guide says that I can be picked up and dropped off at 3 Street and Florida Ave NW. I have since sent an email comment to Metro. I don’t expect a response.
