Sadly, the BACA Recording Secretary resigned her position due to personal circumstances. We are looking for volunteers and nominations for this position (I know I sure can use the help).
The role of the Recording Secretary includes:
Record meeting minutes
File legal filings (DCRA reports, annual reports and tax filings)
Issue meeting notices
Assist with communication (newsletter, website postings and other forms of communication)
