Advisory Neighborhood Commission 5C is seeking proposals from Ward 5 businesses which have the capability to produce high quality video clips of public service announcements. All applicants should be either physically located in Ward 5 or should be businesses whose majority ownership is comprised of Ward 5 residents. The video clips will be a series of one minute recordings as well as some longer features. The successful bidder will be responsible for the technical production aspects of the project but will not be expected to create the content. The successful bidder will be compensated for time and materials but the final products will be deemed “works-made-for-hire”.
