Back to School Community Day and Restoring the Black Family Conference.
The events will take place at The Perry Center, located at 128 M Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
The day will begin at 10:00 a.m. with Registration and Refreshments; from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Introductory Session, from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. Workshops (Women Self-Care and Men Parenting 101);
From 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. food, games, music and give-a-ways. The event is free but requires registration.
This event is funded in joint collaboration between DC Department of Human Services and The Reid Temple Restoration Center, Inc.
