A coworker (who’s also a neighbor) told me about this cute-as-a-button community garden on the 1500 block of Marion street off P ST. Apparently, it was an empty lot and the owners agreed to let the neighborhood create a community garden. They sell their produce on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-7. The space is even better in person. Bought a bunch of yummy swiss chard for $1.
