On the Shaw list serv is a lot of back and forth about plans for a restaurant at the NCEC annex at the corner of NJ Avenue and P St NW. Apparently it is going to be a program for ex offenders to work and run the restaurant. I have no further details but I’m trying to get more, and I post more news as I get it.
