Grey cat found on 3rd St NW

For the past couple weeks there has been a grey tiger striped cat (see photo) hanging out on the 1500 block of 3rd st. NW (between P and Q). He has a distinctive and frequent “meow” and is very friendly. It appears as if he is a house cat. Please respond to the craigslist add here if you know this cat!
