See the map PDF above distributed earlier today by Ward 5 Councilmember Harry Thomas Jr.

It appears that the Bates area/Truxton circle/Dunbar-Shaw area is part of the same ANC commission as Bloomingdale, Eckington, Edgewood, Stronghold and the McMillan Sand Filtration site.
