The annual Bates Area Civic Association’s Flower Power needs your talents to:
· Plan this year’s Garden Walk
- Select the categories to judge the best gardens
- Plan the Flower Power Reception (last year’s reception was amazing)
- Plan to make this the Best Neighborhood Event of the Year!
