As part of the new ANC Boundaries, some BACA residents residing on the north side of Q St NW and 4th Street will be represented by a new ANC. This area will be represented by an ANC that will be shared with Bloomingdale (currently Commissioner Hugh Youngblood).
Attached is a map of the new ANC boundary. Teri Janine Quinn (current President of the Bloomingdale Civic Association) will be running for the new ANC position. I will update you as to the other candidates that will also run for that position.
Bates Area Civic Association 
From the map it looks like 1600 block of 4th street is also cut in half? With the east side in the new anc as well as 1 block of R street (north side in new anc)? Is this correct? Also pretty sure Hugh Youngblood still plans to run for ANC he was collecting signatures on 4th street.
