Hi Brandy – Sorry for not replying earlier. The developer is planning on having condos on the top 2 floors and a restaurant on the first floor, so no more liquor store. The developer, Vijay Doddi, spoke at the February 2016 SMD 5E05 meeting and the March 2016 BACA meeting. It looks like they are making more progress now … so stay tuned!
