This single-page two-sided info sheet was distributed last night at the Bloomingdale Civic Association meeting by Ward 5 Planner Deborah Crain-Kemp.
It appears that the small area plan for Bates/Truxton/Hanvor has expanded a bit to include Bloomingdale, Eckington and LeDroit Park — as well as a small part of the Sursum Cordo neighborhood south of New York Avenue NW.
