On February 15, 2013, I placed a post here on the BACA blog on the announcement of the development of the SeVerna on K. The 02/15/2012 announcement “celebrated the groundbreaking of The SeVerna on K – a residential housing development that will provide affordable rental housing as part of the Northwest One New Communities Initiative.”
Today, Washington Business Journal journalist Michael Neibauer reports on a SeVerna permit being issued yesterday by DCRA:
43 K St. NW: Permit issued to erect a tower crane for the construction of the SeVerna Phase II, a 133-unit mixed-income residential building.
