So you read the previous BACA blog post on the WDCEP 2013 neighborhood profile of “North Capitol,” which includes part of the Bates/Truxton/Hanover area — between 1st & North Capitol and Florida & New York Avenue NW.
Now see the new WDCEP 2013 neighborhood profile for “Northwest One.”
It appears to incorporate most of the Bates/Truxton/Hanover area, including New Jersey Avenue NW. There is some overlap with the designated “North Capitol” neighborhood.
