During the Monday, July 1, 2013 BACA meeting, the winners of the 2013 Flower Power Annual Garden Walk Competition were announced. The winners held a drawing to select a prize donated by one of our local neighborhood and neighbors. This year, prizes exceeded over $400 in value due to the local business community generosity. For those that were not present, a member of the audience drew a prize on their behalf.
