Clarion Partners buys 77 H St. NW Walmart site (Video)

The JBG Cos. has cashed in on one of D.C.’s first Wal-Mart stores: The prolific developer has sold 77 H St. NW, a mixed-use project that includes a Wal-Mart, retail and residential space, to Clarion Partners for an undisclosed price, according to real estate sources.
The Wal-Mart, as well as a second on Georgia Avenue, opened last month.
