1005 North Capitol St. NE: New construction of a 14-story, 124-unit affordable apartment building with minor office space and ground floor retail. Be the Change Development Corp. is leading the project, which will be built on D.C.-owned property. Sorg Architects designed the building. It’s been in the planning pipeline for several years.
