• 1538 New Jersey Ave. NW: Convert existing two-level plus basement 50-seat church on the first floor and residence on the second floor into a six-unit apartment building, with a third floor addition.

• 222 Bates St. NW: Conversion of an existing two-story home into a two-unit multifamily building. The work will include a third floor addition.
