  • 117 New York Ave. NW: Emergency sheeting and shoring job for this rowhome. In the summer of 2013, the property was approved for a three-story rear addition. A year later, on June 10, a floor of the home collapsed, briefly shutting down a lane of New York Avenue.
  • 1641 Fourth St. NW: Excavate, underpin and build out a basement flat apartment with front stair entrance. There will be no changes to the single-family unit above.
