With the pace of new development on the boards around Union Market, soon there won’t be any sites left to build on.
UrbanTurf has learned that Ditto Residential and Zusin Development have residential building on the boards for 301 Florida Avenue NE (map) with plans for 50 to 60 units. The 71,000 square-foot, eight story project will have seven levels of residential atop ground-floor retail.
