See this permit spotted by Washington Business Journal reporter Michael Neibauer from the street address located on the west side of New Jersey Avenue NW, across from the Bates Area:
- 1720 New Jersey Ave. NW: Foundation to grade permit for a new 12-unit building, to be constructed of concrete and steel. Genoa Development LLC acquired 1720 New Jersey in February for $812,000. The raze permit for the existing single-family home was issued on Aug. 31. A raze permit for the neighboring 1722 New Jersey was issued the same day, but to a different LLC.
