Subject: [MPD-5D] Assault with Intent to Rob
On September 22, 2015, at approximately 11:00 pm, a male was assaulted as he walked in the vicinity of North Capital and N Streets, NE. Two black male subjects approached the victim from behind and began striking him about the body while attempting to take his property. The suspects did not obtain any property prior to fleeing the location on foot in an unknown direction.
