So Ditto Residential is developing the lot at the corner of New Jersey Avenue NW, P Street NW and 4th Street NW.
Ditto Residential also recently announced a development project at 3rd & Florida Avenue NE.

1326 Florida Ave. NE: New construction of a four-story, 45-unit apartment building from Ditto Residential. The project, to feature units ranging from 312 to 1,000 square feet, will cost about $13.8 million to build, of which $650,000, or 4.7 percent, was raised from investors by Fundrise. “This building will present a fresh model for multi-family residential development in D.C.,” per Ditto’s website.
