Also, we will likely be voting on which of the two developers to support for the Bates and North Capitol lot RFP. As Commissioner Thomas discussed at the last meeting, DMPED wants to have more official community input before deciding. There is more information on each of the developers’ plans in the past BACA meeting minutes…..
