During the hours of 2000-2100 hours, members of the Fifth District’s CST (Crime Suppressant Team) were in the unit block of Hanover Pl., NW when they engaged several gentlemen congregating at a boarded up building.  As the officers approached the gentlemen, there was probable cause present to conduct a search of their persons.  Search incident to an arrest yielded several small zip lock bags containing a rock like substance (aka Crack Cocaine) on one of the gentlemen.
