51 N St. NE: Raze permit issued for a seven-story brick office building, owned by an affiliate of The JBG Cos. and Brandywine Realty Trust. The pair submitted plans last year to redevelop 51 N St., 1250 First St. and 50 Patterson St. as a single building, but with multiple uses (office, residential, retail, theater), sections and looks.
