BILL SUMMARY – As introduced, this bill will approve the closing of First Terrance N.W., between L and M Streets N.W.; the closing of a portion of L Place N.W., between First Terrace and First Place N.W.; and designates a portion of land extending 214 feet north from L Street N.W. as First Place N.W. The portions of land to be closed and designated are in Ward 6. Renamed by Committee to “Omnibus Sursum Corda Redevelopment Act of 2016.”
