It is a slow-news mid-August.

I used photo-enhancing app called Vinci on a recent pic taken inside of Uncle Chip’s Cookies.  Uncle Chip’s Cookies business owner Shannon is greeting Ward 5 CM McDuffie.

The gallery called ‘Pin-Up’ at #Vinci has been applied to the pic.
