On Thursday, January 19, 2017, V-1 reported that his luggage was taken from the lobby area in 75 Hanover Place, Northwest, sometime in the morning. The CCTV video showed S-1 walking out the front door with V-1’s luggage. Taken was a black luggage bag containing personal belongings. No injuries were reported. The location is a homeless shelter.
