Narcotics and Special Investigations Division Activity Report
(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit, Criminal Interdiction Unit, and Gun Recovery Unit announced recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia.
Narcotic Enforcement Unit Arrests:
- On Friday, March 3, 2017, members conducted an operation in the 1600 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest. CCN: 17-035-793. The following persons were arrested:
- 33-year-old Ronald Monroe, of No Fixed Address, for Possession With Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, Possession With Intent to Distribute Suboxone, Possession of Heroin, and Distribution of Marijuana.
- 60-year-old Daniel Pratt, of No Fixed Address, for Distribution of Marijuana.
- 33-year-old Demetrius Brown, of Northwest, DC, for Distribution of Marijuana.
- On Friday, March 3, 2017, members conducted an operation in the 1600 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest. CCN: 17-035-793. The following persons were arrested:
- On Tuesday, March 7, 2017, members conducted an operation in the 1600 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest. CCN: 17-037-996. The following persons were arrested:
- 56-year-old Karl Johnson, of No Fixed Address, for Possession With Intent to Distribute Synthetic Cannabinoids and Distribution of Synthetic Cannabinoids.
- 44-year-old Robert Gingell, of Northwest, DC, for Distribution of Synthetic Cannabinoids.
- On Tuesday, March 7, 2017, members conducted an operation in the 1600 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest. CCN: 17-038-000. The following persons were arrested:
- 56-year-old Michael Prince, of Southwest, DC, for Possession With Intent to Distribute Synthetic Cannabinoids and Distribution of Synthetic Cannabinoids.
- 44-year-old Samuel Moore, of Southeast, DC, for Distribution of Synthetic Cannabinoids.
