Representatives from MPD will provide an update on crime statistics and take questions from community members.

3 Updates from Councilmember and Mayor’s Offices

Representatives from each office will provide brief updates and take questions from the community.

4 Update on vacant lot development at Bates & North Capitol

Representatives from Flywheel Development and others related to the project will update the community on the project to convert the vacant lot to a multi-unit affordable housing and retail development.

6 Committee to address Langston & Slater school buildings

Pursuant to a discussion in at the November meeting, a committee is being formed to focus efforts on the conversion of these historic properties to productive use. Volunteers for the committee should contact Kyle Thomas (thomkyle@gmail.com).
