4 NEAR Act Resolution

As a follow-up from an issue raised at the February meeting, Ms. Dixon will give an overview of the NEAR Act and seek association input for a resolution in support of the act.

6 PEPCO Capital Grid Project

A representative from Pepco’s community engagement team will provide an overview on the project and its possible impact to residents in the area. Website for more info:

A committee met on Monday, February 26 to discuss the disposition of Langston School, and potentially, Slater School. A readout from that meeting will be provided.
