An application to transfer a Retail Class A license. ABRA 109538 Address: 10 Florida Avenue NW BACA filed a protest and the board is now in negotiations with the applicant to reach a settlement agreement. Community input is sought on settlement agreement provisions, including hours, single sales, cleanliness, and safety. |
