Today, Captain Williams along with 5D’s Community Outreach Officers visited PSA 501 to spread some holiday cheer. Captain Williams’ generous donation of toiletries for over 100 residents, hot coco, and donuts made this event possible. This area is well known for its issues with substance abuse; however, today reminds everyone that a little generosity leads to hope and hope to change. Happy Holidays!
