Plans for development of the now-vacant lot will be presented and community input will be sought.

Residents are seeking support for a DDOT petition to place traffic calming elements to the crosswalk at First & Bates Street NW.

Mount Sinai Baptist Church is seeking a letter of support from BACA to change the use of space in the address above.

As part of a community benefits package negotiated several years ago, BACA may be receiving an allocation of funds from the development group. It will be approximately $6,000. Input on how these funds should be spent is welcome.
