New Coffee Shop on Florida Ave, NW between 3rd and R Street?

Does anyone know anything about the coffee shop that looks like it is going into a basement of a rowhouse on Florida between 3rd Street and R Street, NW? I noticed a sign the last few days as I walk by and today it looked like there was coffee shop stuff inside.
