If you read this article it is also important to read the comments as well- since it touches on more the concerns neighbors actually have with the project. Also while layc may only be building 20 units the intention is to have 40-50 people in those units, so he should also get his facts straight. I also wonder where in the neighborhood malcolm lives.
Malcolm’s author profile on GGW says he lives in Bloomingdale, so not in the immediate area that would be affected.
