Voluntary agreements w liquor stores

At neighborhood meetings there are constant complaints about loitering and other issues with liquor sotres int the neighborhood. Most of these stores signed agreements with the community prior to getting their liquor licenses.  In these they agreed to work with the community on specific issues should they arise.

For example, Sunset and Johnson Liquor Store, which you can see at the links below, both signed voluntary agreements that are embedded within their actual licenses. If anyone notices a violation at these stores, they should send a complaint form to Bill Hager and his email is william.hager@dc.gov.  The complaint forms are here.

These agreements also sit on this website’s Official Documents pages

  1. A third establishment for which there is a voluntary agreement on file is Moon Liquors, at 322 Florida Avenue, N.W. Please apply the same scrutiny to that outlet.
