Make A Difference in Educating Our Children

WE NEED YOU!!

Community Academy Public Charter Schools is looking for volunteer testing proctors to assist our teachers in administering the DC-CAS test to our 3rd through 8th grade students.  Duties are as follows:

  • Distribute snacks
  • Be cheerful to keep students on the right track
  • Ensure that the assessment protocol is followed with fidelity

We will provide you with a morning snack and a lunch and, of course, our undying gratitude!

Volunteer testing proctors are to report from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm for two consecutive days.  Please check the table below for the days that you can volunteer (select only one), complete your contact information below and return to:

There will be a mandatory one hour training session on April 10th, 2012 at AMOS III (1400 First Street NW, Washington, DC  20001) at 10:00 am, 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.  Please circle which time you plan to attend (You need only come to one).  Thank you for your support!

  1. It would be nice with all the professionals in this community, if many could provide tutoring in the next month to help the students acquire greater competency, increase knowledge, and bring up the students scores on the test.
