H.A.C.A – Truxton Circle
I recently discovered that the Hanover Area Civic Association (HACA), whose territory is south of the Bates Area Civic Association, has its own website.

I went to the link and read there that Hanover’s northern boarder is O Street NW. So, does that mean that the south side of P Street is now part of BACA? Did I read this wrong?
The US-Canadian border is the longest, undefended border in the world. The one between BACA and HACA is the shortest. The residents of P Street should be encouraged to conduct free trade and free travel across the border. They should also seek support and advocacy for their issues from both BACA and HACA.
