The Fifth District is currently investigating a robbery that occurred at approximately 11:50 pm on May 20, 2015, in the 1400 Block of 3RD ST NW. Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099.
Additionally, information may be submitted to by text messaging 50411. DC Crime Solvers currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction the TEXT TIP LINE of the person or persons responsible for an assault committed in the District of Columbia.

Hello Sir,
The complainant was approached by several suspects who demanded the complainant’s property. The suspects also assaulted the complainant prior to fleeing.
There was only a partial description provided for one of the suspects: Hispanic male, 5’6” with a mustache and short black hair. The suspect was wearing a red jacket.
There was no specific description provided for the other three suspects.

This is the second robbery in the last four days – this one and the one Sunday morning on the unit block of P Street.
