Washington Business Journal reporter Michael Neibauer reports on interesting DCRA permits.

His permit review for today includes 26 N Street NW.

  • 26 N St. NW: This Truxton Circle rowhome will be gutted and renovated into a two-unit flat. There will be no structural changes or additions, but there will be interior alterations at all levels, including new kitchen and bathrooms, lighting and mechanical zones.
