A multi-phase residential project that will bring almost 1,150 residential units to NoMa has been proposed for a 6.7 acre site west of North Capitol Street NW. The planned unit development was filed with the city on Tuesday

The development proposed by the Sursum Corda Cooperative Association and Boston-based Winn Development Company will be built on a site bordered by First, M and L Street NW, west of North Capitol Street (map).
