Washington Business Journal reporter spotted DCRA permits for Ditto Residential’s project at 4th, P & New Jersey Avenue NW.
- 1501-1503 Fourth St. NW: Ditto Residential has its permits for new construction of two, two-unit, three-story residential buildings on a pair of vacant lots. According to Ditto’s website, the Truxton Circle project will include four, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condos featuring built-in millwork, projecting bays, roof decks, “and a memorable edifice of wood and glass.

How old is that picture? That has to go back to the Fenty administration. I am guessing that this means most or all of the trees will be removed. Is that correct?
The trees are already gone, except maybe the one closest to the street. While Ditto’s permits were just approved, there has been a 30 foot hold in that lot for a few months now and a gigantic fence around it. They did not wait for permits to break ground.
